DOCUMENT SHREDDING (May 16th ONLY) DROP OFF WILL BE IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT BETWEEN THE POST OFFICE/MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND THE JACKSON TWP FIRE HOUSE. BRING DOCUMENTS IN FILE BOXES.

All OTHER items must be brought to the rear of the Township Maintenance Building

**NO CHEMICALS, SEALED CONTAINERS OR HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED**

We are limited to taking large items, metals, irons, and wooden articles.

*CAR OR LIGHT TRUCK TIRES – Will be accepted at a fee of $3.00 (OFF RIM) apiece

                   and $5.00 (ON RIM).

*LARGE TRUCK TIRES – Will be accepted at a fee of $15.00

*ELECTRONICS – Computers/TVs will be accepted. MUST be intact with cords & components- no charge***

NO Broken/Cracked screens.

*ALL OTHER- LARGE ITEMS/WOODEN ITEMS

Residents will be required to sign in, name and address. Proper ID must be given in the form of PA Driver’s license or property tax statement.

 Jackson Township reserves the right to reject any load.

    $5.00 per CAR Load                                                                           TRUCK, OR TRAILER OVER 8 FT:     

     $15.00 per PICKUP TRUCK OR TRAILER (8 FT OR LESS)                                   $50.00 FOR 1ST load        

                                                                                                                  $75.00 for each additional load

              *** Loads with electronics ONLY (covered under the Covered Device Recycling Act)– load fee will not be charged***

PUBLIC NOTICE

The JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS and other bodies will hold their public work sessions/meetings at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715S Reeders, PA 18352 at 7:00 PM as noted below (or as otherwise advertised):

1st Thursday @ 7:00 PM – Supervisors’ Work Sessions

2nd Thursday @ 7:00 PM – Supervisors’ Business Meetings

3rd Thursday @ 6:00 PM – Planning Commission Meetings

Weekly, Mondays @ 7:30 AM – Department Work Sessions

Zoning Hearing Board Hearings will be conducted as needed, after public notice
